About Natural Minerals Every natural stone is one of a kind, and photos are for reference only. The actual depth of colour, patterning, and proportions may differ slightly from the images — this is not a defect, but the nature of natural minerals.
Return Process
  1. Contact us Within 7 days of receiving your order, contact us by email or WhatsApp with a description of the issue, your order number, and photos of the item.
  2. Await confirmation We will reply within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
  3. Send the item back Send the item back in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging). We recommend a trackable shipping method. Return postage is at the customer's expense, unless the issue was our error — in which case we cover it.
  4. Processing Within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item, we will dispatch the exchange or process the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund Timing Card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
Exchanges

For exchanges, we will arrange the replacement once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the original item is sold out, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or a refund.

One exchange per order.Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Exchanged items cannot be returned or exchanged again.

A Note on Exchanges Natural stone stock is limited, and we cannot guarantee an identical replacement piece. If you have specific requests for your exchange, contact us in advance to confirm availability.

To transfer your place to someone else, notify us at least 48 hours before the course begins with the recipient's name and contact details.

Course Cancellations If a course is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (typhoon, epidemic, etc.), all paid students may choose between a full refund or a transfer to the next session.
